Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collect and document both functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and capabilities.
  • Technical Analysis: Examine upstream/downstream data integrations to help shape accurate and efficient technical solutions.
  • Solution Delivery: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
  • Code Quality & Optimization: Promote best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance through code reviews and team discussions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on technology trends and participate in internal communities to drive innovation and technical excellence.
  • Security & Testing: Apply secure coding practices and effective unit testing methodologies to ensure robust and reliable software.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify operational risks and adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance policies throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements
  • Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to analyze data flows and technical integration points
  • Understanding of software development practices and SDLC
  • Familiarity with secure coding standards and unit testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the financial domain or post-trade systems
  • Experience with change management, risk and controls, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Technical expertise in software engineering methodologies and tools

Analyst Expectations:
