Designation- Graduate Trainee Engineer

City-Country- Pune, India

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in IT, your primary goal is to embark on a journey of professional growth within our dynamic IT department. This role is designed for fresh graduates with a strong passion for technology, providing hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities to kickstart your career in IT.

You will report to the Engineering Manager, IT and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training programme to acquire experience in IT technologies, systems, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with senior IT professionals to gain insights into real-world IT operations, troubleshooting, and project execution.
  • Help enhance IT systems, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing technical expertise to achieve project goals.
  • Analyse technical challenges and partner with experienced engineers to propose creative solutions that improve the effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and latest technologies to contribute to the use of IT solutions.
  • Follow IT best practices, quality assurance processes, and security protocols to ensure reliability and security of IT systems.
  • Help maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations; create reports as needed by IT projects.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Experience with technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Positive communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Consistently attentive to details and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • CGPA of 8 or above.
  • SQL coding skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
