Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide voice-based support (inbound/outbound) to international and domestic customers over the phone
✅ Build rapport with customers through confident and clear communication
✅ Focus on customer satisfaction and ensure first-time resolution of queries
✅ Engage with technical teams for quicker resolution of technical concerns
✅ Collaborate with technical content teams to identify and address gaps in help modules
✅ Deliver quality support while adhering to company guidelines and policies
✅ Adapt to night shift work schedules as required

Desired Candidate Profile

🌟 Excellent verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
🌟 Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle calls effectively
🌟 Willingness to work night shifts and handle international/domestic customers
🌟 Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
🌟 Prior experience in voice-based customer support is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply
