We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused graduates to join our SAP Concur Support team. 

The Associate Support Engineer will provide first-level technical and functional support to SAP Concur customers and administrators, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries while delivering exceptional customer experience.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build expertise in Saas-based travel, expense, and invoice management solutions while developing strong customer support and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to Administrators & End Users via phone, email, chat and case management tools.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Utilize knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal resources to drive issue resolution.
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Participate in training, certifications, and continuous learning programs to enhance product knowledge.
  • Support process improvement and knowledge management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BCA / BCS / B.Sc (Computer Science) from a recognized university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 global support environment with rotational shifts.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to undergo the tests below, each acting as a filter for the next stage of the selection process.

Joining Location and Work Timings:

  • Positions are open for Tech Mahindra office Pune location only (Work from Office).
  • Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country according to company work hours
  • Candidate should be open to working in different shifts.

Bond and compensation:

Upon Selection

  • Candidate will be on probation for 6 months
  • Candidate clearing the selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3 L /Annum
  • Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.
