Your Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global development, product management, and end-user teams to design and deliver high-performance software solutions.
  • Drive the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, implementation, testing, and validation.
  • Work on diverse IBM Systems products and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade technologies.
  • Engage in a highly skilled, collaborative environment, embracing IBM’s innovation-driven culture.
  • Gain exposure to world-class product development while delivering high-quality user experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, GoLang, ReactJS, and Groovy.
  • In-depth understanding of Operating Systems concepts (Unix/Linux internals), data structures, and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, global teams.

Preferred Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with OpenStack, Cloud Application Development, and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to Web UI Frameworks like Vaadin, ReactJS, and styling libraries such as Bootstrap/Material UI.
  • Experience with J2EE, JSP, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Practical knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, Ansible, SQL, and Database Management.
  • Awareness of AI/ML, NLP, and data science methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • Understanding of server performance tuning, capacity planning, and diagnostics.
