Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional Amazon teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative features and services.
• Develop robust, scalable, and efficient solutions in large-scale distributed computing environments.
• Work on predictive analytics systems, distributed storage, indexing, and querying systems with a focus on performance and fault tolerance.
• Build services from the ground up, managing complexity and ambiguity with agility.
• Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to full software development life cycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience through internships or academic projects in software development.
• Exposure to distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with optimization algorithms such as linear or nonlinear programming.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and think abstractly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical solutions.
