- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports, empowering data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Work Schedule: 2nd shift India time (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT or technical roles.
- Excel Mastery: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independent and team-based work.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
