Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct external audits in line with PCAOB auditing standards for technology and financial controls.
• Support process walkthroughs and risk assessments with clients to identify gaps in IT control environments.
• Evaluate and document the design and operating effectiveness of General IT Controls (GITCs) and IT Application Controls (ITACs).
• Participate in SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 2+ (HITRUST) assessments in accordance with AICPA SSAE18 standards.
• Assist in reviewing audit workpapers, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and best practices.
• Develop your skills through participation in internal trainings, innovation initiatives, and industry-specific knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and actively manage client communications and deliverables.
• Coach and support junior team members while maintaining high performance standards.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, CSR programs, and strategic business improvement efforts.

Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:

• Hands-on experience in evaluating process-level manual and automated controls.
• Expertise in testing General IT Controls: access management, program development, change management, and operations across various platforms (OS, DB, Networks, Applications).
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, HIPAA.
• Basic understanding of business process cycles like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Passion for emerging technologies: AI, Blockchain, Agile, Cloud Computing.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HITRUST, ISO are highly desirable.
