Key Responsibilities

• Support the collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational performance data.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify discrepancies, ensuring revenue integrity and minimizing leakage.
• Deliver advanced analytics and performance insights to support executive decision-making and regional finance discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support projects related to operational metrics and revenue drivers.
• Act as a liaison with internal teams and customers, resolving data issues and inquiries efficiently.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for issue tracking and reporting workflows.
• Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on QMR processes and data handling.
• Contribute to the testing and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly business updates for regional finance teams.

About You

• A self-motivated, quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to interpret data trends and root causes.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing multiple business deliverables.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or similar data-centric roles is preferred.
• Background in process improvement or change management is advantageous; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and adaptability to internal tools and platforms.
