We are looking for a Intern to join our dynamic digital team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced designers, developers, and stakeholders to enhance and redesign our website for better user engagement and performance. This internship is a valuable opportunity to build hands-on experience in UI/UX design, responsive web design, and digital marketing strategies while working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Web Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in various stages of web design projects, including UX research, UI design, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and QA.
• Create responsive and user-centric designs that ensure a consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system by creating and refining reusable components.
• Prepare and optimize graphics and visual assets for web publishing.
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility for seamless user experiences.
• Document UI/UX specifications and participate in interface content review.
• Conduct research on design trends, competitor websites, and evolving web technologies.
• Support digital strategy initiatives by applying visual storytelling and design principles.

Qualifications:

• No prior professional design experience required.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of UX design techniques, such as wireframing, prototyping, and storyboarding.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong interest in responsive web design, digital strategy, and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
