Reporting and Dashboards:

  • Creating and managing MIS reports to track Onboarding delivery
  • Developing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data insights.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyzing trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Using analytical techniques to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with managers and leaders to understand their information needs and provide tailored reports and insights.
  • Coordinating with various HR teams

Automation and Optimization:

  • Automating repetitive reporting tasks for efficiency.
  • Enhancing MIS processes to improve the speed and quality of Onboarding operations

Eligibility:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree


Skills & Competencies required:-

  • Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders
