Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
• Develop and maintain software components, modules, and applications using modern programming languages and technologies.
• Integrate software systems with existing databases, APIs, and third-party services to ensure seamless operation.
• Code and implement software enhancements, updates, and changes for system software, including OS, utilities, databases, and internet tools.
• Run test plans, identify bugs, log issues, and assist in debugging code.
• Participate in system design discussions, gather requirements, and provide feedback to improve software performance and reliability.
• Support capacity planning, system reviews, and platform development to enhance service lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and outsourced development partners.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, cost-effective, high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in software systems engineering, programming, or a similar field.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Software Systems Engineer (CSSE)
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Linux, debugging, automation, full stack development
• Understanding of Agile methodology and DevOps principles
• SQL database management and scalability best practices
