Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and system requirements to determine the operational feasibility of solutions.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to study workflows, data usage, and system processes for optimal solution development.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
• Adhere to the full software development lifecycle, including testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable deliverables.
• Document solutions with clear, comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and code comments.
• Prepare and install software solutions by determining system specifications, design standards, and programming needs.
• Maintain data confidentiality and system security by following best practices and compliance protocols.
• Contribute to the team’s success and company goals by delivering high-quality results and collaborating effectively across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to data security and operational integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
