Role Overview

As a Business Analyst – Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting, analyzing, and managing compliance-related data that pertains to non-financial regulatory frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met efficiently and accurately. This role is suited for analytical thinkers with a passion for risk management, data compliance, and regulatory governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret non-financial regulatory requirements in relation to various industry sectors
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather data, understand workflows, and streamline compliance processes
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in line with national and international standards
• Ensure timely updates and adherence to new compliance regulations
• Conduct gap analyses and propose enhancements for regulatory reporting systems
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate data and compliance records
• Leverage industry best practices to maintain quality and accuracy in regulatory documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in any discipline
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of risk and compliance frameworks is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
