Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
  • Convert data from diverse sources such as JIRA, Excel, and other systems into meaningful, actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions that enhance operational visibility.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques such as dimensional modeling and star schemas.
  • Hands-on experience in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL for querying and transforming data.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-first approach to solving business problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred & Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of JIRA, JSM, Confluence, and EazyBI is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile Ways of Working (WoW) and software quality assurance processes such as test and defect management.
  • Exposure to automation, DevOps, and AI tools is a bonus and highly desirable.
