This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates from non-engineering disciplines (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM) who are eager to gain hands-on corporate experience in sales operations, finance, and data analysis.

Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee: Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and data management tasks to support business operations.
• Support the team in process execution for New Year Readiness (NYR) activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in the account creation process.
• Coordinate with segments on new programs and projects, ensuring smooth execution.

Finance Analyst – Trainee: Key Responsibilities

• Learn to document business requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Gain exposure to book-keeping processes by performing guided financial actions.
• Support daily team activities and assigned financial tasks.
• Develop skills in using corporate tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Conduct data gathering and present insights clearly to help drive data-driven decisions.
• Perform metrics analysis to provide actionable information to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• A 2024 graduate with a 3-year non-engineering degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM or equivalent) and Provisional Degree Certificate.
• Must have enrolled on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and hold a valid NATS student enrolment number.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for problem-solving, process improvement, and supporting business operations.
