Key Responsibilities:

• Define, track, and analyze critical business metrics that influence strategy within your designated pod.
• Work closely with product managers and business leaders to frame analytical problems and identify impactful insights.
• Drive deep-dive analyses to solve complex problems using data-driven hypotheses and unbiased evidence.
• Go beyond just number crunching—think like a business owner, question metrics, and shape the direction of the product.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for analytics and dashboards, ensuring that data visualization enables swift and informed decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Skills:

• Strong foundation in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis is highly desirable.
• Understanding of core statistical concepts and data intuition.
• Ability to tell compelling data stories, both visually and verbally.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to machine learning models is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Prior experience working with large-scale data environments.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
