ABC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support ongoing data operations, execute data refresh processes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business-critical datasets. You will play a vital role in data-driven decision-making, working closely with Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily data load processes, proactively addressing delays or anomalies in data feeds.
  • Develop and generate custom data reports based on business requirements provided by analysts.
  • Implement configuration updates, logic adjustments, and data mappings as prioritized by Business Analysts.
  • Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of data issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to fulfill business requirements and support internal reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across client lifecycles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness of data operations.
  • Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in data analysis or database management.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL or Oracle database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on work quality.
  • Quick learner with a technical aptitude for understanding new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background with a passion for working with large datasets.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with any programming language (Python, Java, etc.) is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
