You will work on projects involving knowledge graphs, ontologies, NLP, and large language model (LLM) integration to create context-aware, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain knowledge graphs using RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and graph databases like Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.
  • Develop and deploy ML/NLP models for entity recognition, semantic search, and relationship extraction.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance semantic understanding, retrieval, and reasoning.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector embeddings and semantic indexing.
  • Build scalable semantic data pipelines and collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ensure performance.
  • Develop APIs and microservices to expose semantic capabilities to downstream systems.
  • Maintain data integrity, quality, and consistency aligned with business ontologies and metadata standards.
  • Optimize semantic search through advanced use of vector databases and embedding models.
  • Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and maintain cloud resources on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Follow DevOps best practices for CI/CD and cloud deployment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as spaCy, Transformers, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with semantic web technologies: RDF, OWL, SPARQL.
  • Proficiency in knowledge graph development and tools like Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and NLP techniques for semantic understanding.
  • Solid experience with vector databases and embedding models (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Hands-on experience in Terraform and managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Understanding of metadata management, data modeling, and semantic data integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to data catalog tools (Informatica, Azure Purview, Alation, Collibra).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Amazon Bedrock.
  • Understanding of multi-modal AI systems and agent-based AI frameworks.
