As an Apprentice – Technical Support Engineer at Trellix, you will provide end-to-end technical support to enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Trellix’s corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Manage real-time voice calls, portal cases, and email queries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members across diverse technical areas to deliver effective solutions.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases with clear, consistent communication.
  • Work proactively to ensure quick and accurate problem resolution.
  • Demonstrate a positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Technical Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies and exposure to Windows Server OS.
  • Foundational understanding of computer networking concepts.
  • Beginner-level proficiency in Linux (preferred).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles and protocols.
  • Exposure to security concepts will be an added advantage.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to interact confidently and professionally with global customers via phone and email.
