Key Responsibilities

As a Program Analyst Intern, you will:

• Participate in Wells Fargo’s formal internship program and development workshops.
• Contribute to low-complexity initiatives within the internship program.
• Review and complete assignments to build familiarity with organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements relevant to your area.
• Receive guidance from managers while practicing independent judgment.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of work experience, OR an equivalent combination of:
  • Work experience
  • Training
  • Military service
  • Education
