Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, scalable features that drive revenue and improve margins for top global brands.
• Architect features with a focus on scalability, performance, and high availability.
• Collaborate closely with team members to conduct code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship for junior developers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and work directly with product teams to maximize customer impact.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle in a Scrum-based environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java programming with a proven track record in designing and developing software systems.
• Experience with distributed transaction processing systems or asynchronous messaging technologies.
• Deep understanding of system performance optimization, load balancing, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Passion for building high-quality, reliable software with a sense of ownership over delivered features.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, service-oriented architectures (SOA), and operational data stores is a plus.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a reputed institution.
