Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ML/AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy ML models including AutoML, NLP, Computer Vision, and LLMs to solve real-life business problems.
  • Develop Analytics Tools: Create tools for analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Feature Engineering: Apply statistical techniques and feature transformation methods to refine model input for enhanced predictions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Data Strategy and Optimization: Improve data collection methods and recommend strategies to optimize model training pipelines.
  • Cloud & MLOps Deployment: Deploy and manage models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and Vertex AI.
  • Communicate Insights: Translate complex ML outcomes into actionable insights for stakeholders via BI tools and data visualization libraries.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Programming & Frameworks: Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AutoML tools.
  • LLM Knowledge: Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs; familiarity with open-weight model architectures and techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model distillation.
  • Data Engineering: Strong understanding of SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), data pipelines, and feature stores.
  • Big Data Tools: Working knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and Cassandra is a plus.
  • Visualization Tools: Experience with R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional or academic experience in AI/ML, data science, or IoT applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including CxO-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
