Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intermediate reports and dashboards to track operational performance.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and root causes of performance issues.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Measure the impact of newly implemented processes using data-driven approaches.
• Build statistical models and analytical tools to support proactive decision-making.
• Automate existing reporting systems to improve scalability and accuracy.
• Respond to ad hoc data queries and collaborate across departments.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience or formal education in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and web query languages.
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.).
• Strong data interpretation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
