We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier & Material Data Governance Analyst to join our supply chain data team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supplier and material data while supporting data governance initiatives, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with global stakeholders to drive improvements through hands-on data stewardship, advanced analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Governance & Stewardship:
  • Engage in supplier and material data governance within the supply chain ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with data stewards to define, document, and implement global standards, processes, and business rules.
  • Execute data cleansing, normalization, validation, and conformance tasks to ensure data quality and usability.
  • Analyze data for quality gaps using predefined metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Support reporting and analytics activities by leveraging tools like Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Perform data mining to drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain algorithms to identify automation opportunities and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional and global teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve processes.
  • Communicate findings and solutions effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processing technologies and electronic devices is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate-level skills in Python for data handling and automation.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in cross-cultural, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of data management and governance frameworks.
• Experience with data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Prior exposure to BI platforms and automated reporting systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and drive consensus.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement.
