Your Role in Our Mission

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive actionable business insights.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain data dashboards and reports to support key business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Perform regular data audits and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
  • Communicate complex findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Work Schedule: Must be available to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
  • Experience: Proven background in IT or technical roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including functions and data analysis tools).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
    • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
