We are looking for an innovative and technically skilled Data Scientist who will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, working on agentic workflows, LLMs, and statistical models to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, AI algorithms, and AutoML pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Implement LLM-based solutions using open-weight architectures including fine-tuning, distillation, and hyperparameter optimization.
  • Work on Agentic AI workflows and build intelligent systems that drive automation and predictive analytics.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Kubeflow.
  • Engineer features, perform data wrangling, and analyze sensor, IoT, and telemetry data to generate business insights and foresights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, define data collection strategies, and translate findings into actionable product or business improvements.
  • Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools to communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in MLOps, AI/ML trends, and implement best practices in data science projects.
  • Ensure scalable deployment of models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure (Google Vertex AI) using Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Present models, insights, and forecasts to product managers, stakeholders, and C-level executives effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, data science, or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, statistics, supervised/unsupervised ML, deep learning, and NLP.
  • Hands-on experience in LLMs, agent-based AI workflows, and generative AI techniques.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and databases like Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, and version control systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., R, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Effective communication and analytical thinking with the ability to work in global teams across Europe, India, Brazil.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in AI/ML, LLM, Data Engineering, or Cloud technologies (preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Travel Requirement: <10%
  • Remote Work: Yes, up to 70% (occasional in-office at Zebra site 2–3 days/week or biweekly)
  • Physical Demands: Sedentary work; frequent typing and communication
  • Work Environment: No adverse environmental or safety conditions
