Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

✅ Develop detailed test plans and strategies for various testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
✅ Execute tests, document results, and track defects to closure.
✅ Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability to requirements.

Test Automation

✅ Identify opportunities for test automation and design automated test scripts.
✅ Execute, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test suites.
✅ Continuously enhance and expand automation capabilities for improved efficiency.

Test Management

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
✅ Manage test environments, data, and schedules, ensuring timely status updates.
✅ Set test priorities and make necessary trade-offs to meet deadlines.

Test Analysis & Reporting

✅ Analyze test outcomes, provide actionable insights, and communicate progress and risks.
✅ Prepare and present comprehensive test reports to stakeholders.
✅ Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.

Team Collaboration

✅ Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand product functionality.
✅ Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability.
✅ Collaborate and share best practices with other test engineers.
✅ Mentor and support junior team members.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

✅ Ensure the overall quality of software products through proactive QA activities.
✅ Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality standards and processes.
✅ Continuously monitor and refine quality assurance practices to enhance effectiveness.
