Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• 10th Standard: Minimum 60%
• 12th Standard: Minimum 60%
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 (as per university guidelines)
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mandatory), M.E./M.Tech. (5-year Integrated programs accepted)
• Branches: CS/IT and all Circuital branches
• Year of Passing: 2025

Additional Requirements:

• Maximum 3 years of education gap allowed (between 10th and graduation start)
• No gaps allowed during graduation; must be completed in 4 years
• Open/distance learning acceptable only for 10th and 12th
• Must be a full-time degree recognized by Central/State Govt. of India
• Indian Citizens, PIO/OCI holders, Bhutan/Nepal nationals (with valid citizenship certificates)
• Candidates must be 18+ at the time of registration
• Minimum 3-month cooling period from any previous Wipro assessment

Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment

• Aptitude Test: Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability
• Written Communication Test: Essay Writing
• Coding Test: 2 programming problems (Languages: Java, C, C++, Python)

Round 2: Voice Assessment
Evaluate communication, fluency, and interpersonal interaction skills.

Round 3: Business Discussion
A final interaction to assess alignment with Wipro’s goals and project requirements.
