Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements:

• 10th Standard: Minimum 60% marks
• 12th Standard: Minimum 60% marks
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 (as per university guidelines)
• Open school or distance education accepted for 10th & 12th only

Additional Criteria:

• All backlogs must be cleared by the 8th semester.
• Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation start.
• No academic gap allowed during graduation; must be completed within 4 years.
• Graduation must be from a full-time degree recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
• Minimum 3 months gap required from previous Wipro assessment before reapplying.
• Open to Indian citizens, PIO/OCI cardholders, and citizens of Bhutan/Nepal (with valid documents).
• Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.

Eligible Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech (Compulsory), M.E./M.Tech (5-Year Integrated Courses)
Eligible Branches: All CS/IT and Circuital branches

Job Details

Designation: Project Engineer
Compensation: ₹3.5 LPA (Elite Package)
Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining with a clause of ₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis

Selection Process

1st Round – Online Assessment

• Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, and Verbal Ability
• Written Communication Test: Essay writing
• Programming Test: Solve 2 coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python

2nd Round – Voice Assessment

3rd Round – Business Discussion
