Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Technical Management

• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements throughout all phases.
• Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources such as data warehouses, databases, and integration platforms.
• Develop and enforce effective data governance policies, including record management practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations to understand and fulfill their data needs.
• Deliver accurate sales reports, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to support business objectives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation strategies to enhance productivity.
• Set up and manage automated data pipelines for streamlined reporting and analytics.
• Evaluate and implement third-party tools and services for data validation, cleansing, and enhancement.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business health and performance.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand the context and structure of data assets.
• Design and conduct surveys; analyze the resulting data to meet client-specific needs.
• Interpret complex datasets, generating insights and business recommendations through advanced analytical techniques.
• Create interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and graphical reports that communicate performance trends effectively.
• Perform competitive and sector-based benchmarking to position business performance within the industry landscape.
• Mine large datasets to draw actionable insights and present findings through business intelligence tools.
• Develop and deliver predictive analytics models to forecast trends and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data in a clear, impactful manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
