Key Responsibilities

1. Product Understanding and Requirement Analysis

• Analyze system requirements and contribute to software design discussions.
• Investigate and document system flow, data usage, and user needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in root cause analysis for issues and contribute ideas to improve performance and system availability.

2. Software Development & Testing

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code aligned with project needs.
• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and design documents.
• Create and execute comprehensive test cases to validate software functionality.
• Modify existing software to improve performance, fix bugs, or adapt to new hardware.
• Conduct thorough debugging and code optimization for quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate documentation including code comments, technical reports, and process flows.

3. Customer Engagement & Reporting

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
• Maintain detailed logs of progress, system changes, and development tasks.
• Deliver updates on project status to internal and external teams.
• Ensure timely and courteous response to client queries and technical issues.
• Uphold professional communication standards in emails, calls, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, system analysis, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages and modern development frameworks.
• Experience in debugging, code optimization, and automated testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client-facing interactions.
• Continuous learning mindset with interest in new technologies and best practices.
