Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the administration and maintenance of SAP systems in accordance with CGI’s quality standards and client policies.
– Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
– Stay updated with system enhancements, changes, and patches to maintain compliance and security.
– Follow defined work schedules, attendance norms, and leave policies.
– Work in a 24/7 support model with rotational shifts to meet client service levels.
– Uphold CGI’s and the client's IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and professional standards.
– Participate in recruitment and internal assessments when required.
