What You’ll Do– Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone, providing high-quality, timely support.– Troubleshoot product-related issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex concerns.– Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions.– Work with cross-functional teams like Product and Engineering to escalate and close technical cases.– Identify patterns in support tickets and suggest improvements to product or processes.– Deliver empathetic, customer-first support and help ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
