Key Responsibilities– Provide first-level technical assistance to end-users by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.– Record, track, and document support tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents.– Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.– Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base for recurring issues.– Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional support delivery.
