Join Our Global Quality Analytics Team as a Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data to drive meaningful decisions. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to support product quality, performance forecasting, and issue detection across global markets.

As a part of our Quality Analytics team, you’ll collaborate with professionals from Europe, India, and Brazil, working on cutting-edge projects that impact customer experience and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently lead analytics projects involving data exploration, structuring, modeling, problem-solving, and presenting recommendations within the Quality team.
  • Analyze and synthesize data from various sources such as warranty claims, vehicle logs, customer feedback, manufacturing records, and high-resolution truck data.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to support early issue detection and performance forecasting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Architects, and Product Quality Leaders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Translate technical findings into business insights that inform product quality improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in quality-related problem-solving with technical depth.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, Azure Analytics Cloud, and Apache Spark.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, both supervised and unsupervised (e.g., Random Forest, K-Means, Regression, Classification, Anomaly Detection).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications (Or Willingness to Learn)

  • Familiarity with software development practices (version control, unit testing, code review).
  • Experience in process improvement and product development cycles.
  • Self-driven with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement in data analytics.
