Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within a global team, receiving mentorship and support from experienced engineers
• Learn and apply internal processes, tools, and engineering practices
• Assist in system setup, testing, and maintenance tasks
• Implement simple features or test cases with guidance
• Execute prewritten tests, document issues, and support initial problem analysis
• Contribute to fixing software defects and creating accurate change documentation
• Participate in innovation projects and knowledge sharing activities
• Support team productivity by contributing to knowledge base documents
• Handle tickets and user communication forms (UCFs) in defined product areas with assistance

• Active contributor to team objectives and ongoing learning
• Growing familiarity with product areas and technical domain knowledge
• Escalation of issues when appropriate, with a problem-solving mindset

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Internship/Co-op experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Solid understanding of basic engineering and software development concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Willingness to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams
• Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
