Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Analyst, you may be rotated across various desks or assigned to specific business areas within the Markets Division, gaining exposure to:

• Business Management & Client Intelligence: Deliver strategic insights through data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Project Management & Business Transformation: Contribute to key transformation initiatives and change programs.
• Equity Product Structuring: Assist in pricing structured products and developing systematic strategies.
• Electronic Trading & Execution: Engage in market microstructure analytics and algorithmic trading research.
• Financial Resource Analytics & Risk Management: Support capital optimization and manage counterparty risk exposure.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders including traders, quants, structurers, and analysts, allowing you to grow in a challenging, global environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year graduates or recent graduates across all academic specializations.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in a hybrid setup.
