About the Role:

As an Associate/Junior Software Development Engineer, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of software development—from understanding business needs to building and deploying scalable solutions. You will:

  • Translate low-complexity business requirements into functional code.
  • Design, develop, and maintain clean, reusable, and efficient software components.
  • Resolve incidents and enhance code using existing best practices and continuous inspection tools.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, participate in internal meetings, and provide project status updates.
  • Maintain technical documentation for assigned software components.
  • Provide basic technical support to operations or internal development teams.

Key Skills & Technical Requirements:

  • Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in C#, Python, JavaScript, and .NET development.
  • Web Accessibility: Hands-on experience with W3C Accessibility Standards and Web UI development.
  • Technologies: Strong understanding of XSLT, Web Services, and object-oriented programming.
  • Cloud & Architecture: Experience with AWS, AWS-based architecture, and deployment.
  • AI Integration: Practical exposure to AI programming, Generative AI, AI algorithms, AI architecture, and Conversational AI.
