In this role, you will be responsible for investigating issues in front-end applications and backend systems, providing quick and effective resolutions to ensure seamless client experiences. You will work closely with end users, capture essential data, troubleshoot using specialized tools, and document the entire resolution process.
Your work will involve capturing log files, querying databases, updating fields, cycling servers, and performing both functional and technical testing. You will also collaborate with internal teams, prioritize issues based on severity, and ensure that each problem is assigned to the right technical expert.
