  • Collaborate closely with IT Managers to streamline purchasing workflows and support critical business objectives.
  • Work with vendors to get the best price and quote, submit purchase orders, and handle the invoicing process.
  • Track every order and payment accurately, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
  • Lead contractual processes with vendors and participate in company improvement initiatives.
  • Develop negotiation strategies for the procurement of CAPEX equipment and maintain real-time digital trackers.
