Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and motivated Associate Software Development Engineers (aSDEs) to join our dynamic engineering team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in backend development while working with advanced technologies such as Java, Go, Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB. You will work alongside skilled engineers, contributing to scalable systems, performance optimization, and innovative solutions.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and Go.
• Work with modern tools and technologies including Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality coding practices.
• Engage in architecture and design discussions for new features and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE – 2024 or 2025 graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java and/or Go.
• Familiarity with backend development concepts, data modeling, and databases.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
