What You’ll Be Doing

  • Apply standard procedures to investigate and resolve customer issues with accuracy and care.
  • Handle basic FAQs and troubleshooting independently, escalating only complex cases.
  • Deliver high-quality support on frequent and less complex requests.
  • Gather relevant customer information in a structured and efficient way to support investigations.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using set methodologies to ensure accuracy.
  • Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with consistency.
  • Support customers on core product functionality and basic product-related queries.
  • Communicate clearly and simply to create an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of chargeback experience in customer support, payments operations, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investigation processes and RCA procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and empathy.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues accurately.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinCrime, risk, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with payment operations, transaction monitoring, or fraud prevention.
