Role Overview:

As a Student Intern – Automotive Testing & ECU Validation, you will be involved in testing and validating Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and the electronic communication network of commercial vehicles. Your efforts will directly contribute to the safety, control, and performance features of trucks used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in testing ECUs and electronic networks based on the defined test strategy
  • Support the creation of test plans to ensure full functionality coverage
  • Help identify areas for test automation within the project
  • Execute test cases and analyze test data to validate vehicle control and safety systems
  • Ensure test cases align with functional specifications and requirements
  • Review technical documentation for testability and completeness
  • Automate test cases where feasible to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Pursuing a B.E/B.Tech in Automotive Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or a related field
  • Strong foundational knowledge of automotive engineering principles
  • Familiarity with automation testing techniques and tools
  • Understanding of communication protocols such as J1587, J1939, CAN, and LIN
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
