Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Risk-Based Internal Audits

• Support execution of risk-based internal audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance across business functions.
• Assist in performing business process reviews to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities.

🧾 SOP & Delegation of Authority (DOA) Frameworks

• Contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Delegation of Authority matrices.
• Ensure alignment of SOPs with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

✅ SOX / IFC Compliance

• Assist in the design and testing of controls under SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) or Internal Financial Controls (IFC) frameworks.
• Work with senior team members to ensure controls are effectively implemented and documented.

Eligibility & Skills:

🧠 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, or Compliance roles.
• Strong academic background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Pursuing or completed certifications like CA, MBA (Finance), CIA, or equivalent are a plus.

💡 Desired Skills

• Understanding of risk management principles and internal controls.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies, control testing, and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
