S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a Software Developer I to join the Data & Research Development Team. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to applications that manage multi-terabyte data and power the CIQ Pro platform using Microsoft .NET and React technologies.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech stacks, handle large-scale data applications, and sharpen your development skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, debug, and maintain software applications to meet business and user requirements.
  • Work across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, implementation, and testing.
  • Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical input and recommend best practices for implementation.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform additional development tasks and assignments as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with React, C#.Net, and SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and emerging development technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
