Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple teams executing collections and value-added processes within Transactional Data Operations.
• Collaborate across business units and regions to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and implement functional enhancements.
• Foster positive, constructive relationships within internal clusters and across global teams.
• Drive new data enhancement projects and ensure timely communication of status updates to key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of performance metrics, employee development, team engagement, and cultural initiatives like VIBE.
• Implement process improvements using LEAN methodologies, robotic automation, and data analytics.
• Mentor and coach team leads, recognize individual strengths, and delegate tasks effectively to maximize team potential.
• Guide teams through operational or strategic changes and ensure smooth execution across geographies.

What We’re Looking For:

Functional & Business Knowledge:

• Preferred: Familiarity with Transaction datasets such as M&A, Public Offerings, Private Placements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, financial reports, and annual statements.
• Comfortable using secondary research sources and performing thematic analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates (Passing Year: 2024 or 2025) – BBA, B.Com, BMS
• Postgraduates/MBA in Finance with a strong academic track record.
• Willingness to work in 24×5 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Certifications or practical knowledge in MS Office tools preferred.
• Strong research, interpretation, and quantitative analysis capabilities.
