What You’ll Do

As a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll participate in the full software development life cycle and contribute to mission-critical applications. You’ll start with a custom bootcamp to strengthen your skills and quickly begin delivering value to our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join a custom onboarding bootcamp to level up your coding and engineering skills
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable software solutions
• Design, implement, test, and debug software applications and systems
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and system maintenance
• Contribute to the design of testable and reliable architectures, platforms, and data models
• Take ownership of assigned features and guide them through the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software bugs and defects
• Define and test against non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in a distributed Agile team and engage in continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience with C# or Java development
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Exposure to RDBMS, Web Services, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices architecture
• Experience or knowledge of Agile methodologies, unit testing, and version control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional proficiency in English
• Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs
