Our Production Operations Squad plays a crucial role in fulfilling these products by building advanced tools that manage and optimize production workflows, machine integration, issue tracking, and traceability across our manufacturing ecosystem. Operating on a microservices-based, event-driven architecture, our systems support 8 global fulfillment locations with over 35 equipment families generating 20+ event types—providing critical data for production planning, quality control, analytics, and equipment utilization.

We are a remote-first team, with optional quarterly or monthly in-person collaboration sessions.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions with robust architecture.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks through the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop, test, document, and deliver new features or services while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Automate workflows using the right tools and scripting solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design discussions to ensure engineering excellence.
• Research and introduce new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues with practical, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and plant IT teams to refine requirements and enhance workflows.
• Mentor and support other software engineers through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OOP principles, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection.
• Proven experience in backend microservices development and database programming.
• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile development practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for software engineering, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Golang (highly desirable).
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker, and Serverless architectures.
