Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytical and scientific methodologies to identify, analyze, and resolve software engineering problems.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize software applications tailored to meet user and business needs.
• Contribute to research and innovation efforts by developing scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Use sound judgement and original thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
• Mentor and provide oversight on technical tasks to junior team members when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Consistently meet development goals and timelines while producing reliable and efficient code.
• Participate actively in the community of software professionals to keep up with emerging technologies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development.
• Solid foundation in programming principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of software design patterns and development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to deliver mid-term project objectives.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
